How is the Private Bid Board different from a public load board? +
Public boards expose your loads (and rates) to the entire market and put carriers in control. Carry Ops is invitation-only — you decide which verified carriers see the load, bids stay private from competing carriers, and you award on a combination of safety, capability, price, and consistency. No race to the bottom.
How long does it take to go live? +
Most operations are live within 60 days from kickoff. That includes carrier onboarding, e-ticketing, and the bid board for Growth-tier customers. Compare that to legacy TMS deployments that routinely take 6 to 12 months.
Will drivers actually use it? +
The driver workflow is mobile-first with big buttons, minimal typing, photo capture, voice notes, and full English/Spanish support. Tickets take under two minutes. Adoption sticks because it saves drivers time, not adds to it. Field resistance is the first thing the platform is designed against.
Can carriers refuse a set rate? +

Pricing has three parts: a base platform fee, a flat $2 per load processed, and optional add-ons for the modules you actually use. The $2 per load is the same whether the load is worth $500 or $5,000 — it covers the platform infrastructure that processes the ticket, sends magic links to driver and destination, and archives the PDF for compliance. We don't take a percentage of your load value, and we don't charge based on your revenue.
What if I'm running 1,000+ loads a month? +
For high-volume operations, multi-yard shippers, brokers running custom integrations, or compliance-heavy industries (oilfield, hazmat) we build a custom Enterprise contract.
